Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern AIClinica's referral and bonus-access programs. They form part of our Terms of Service.

Summary: Teachers earn a 30-day extension on their AIClinica access for every active student who redeems their teacher code. Students who refer a peer (who joins on a teacher code) earn 1 free month. Bonuses have no cash value and can be revoked for abuse.


1. Programs covered

We reserve the right to revoke any bonus we conclude (in our sole reasonable discretion) was earned through fraud or abuse, and to terminate offending accounts.

Codes are case-insensitive in redemption. They must be redeemed at /redeem.


5. General rules

5.1 No cash value

Bonuses are credited as time on the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to a different account, cannot be combined with refund requests, and cannot be converted to discounts on other plans.

5.2 Stacking

Bonuses stack additively (multiple bonuses extend your expiry one after another). Bonuses do not multiply other bonuses.

5.3 Withdrawal of programs

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any referral program at any time without notice. Bonuses already earned remain valid. We will not retroactively revoke earned, non-fraudulent bonuses.

5.4 Tax

We do not believe these bonuses constitute taxable income in most jurisdictions, but tax treatment is your responsibility. Consult a tax advisor if unsure.

5.5 No employment

Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, joint-venture, or franchise relationship between you and AIClinica.


6. Institutional context

Where you are accessing AIClinica through an institutional license, your institution's policies may restrict your participation in the referral program (e.g., teachers paid by the institution may not be entitled to keep personal bonuses). Where institutional rules conflict, the Institutional License Agreement controls.


7. Privacy

We process the minimum data required for the referral program: the identity of the referrer, the redemption event, and the qualification check. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We do not publish referral standings, leaderboards, or referrer identity without your consent.


8. Disputes

If you believe a bonus you earned was not credited:

  1. Verify the student / peer is fully active (signed in, completed at least one session, within the time window)
  2. Email support@aiclinica.com from the email associated with your AIClinica account, subject "Referral bonus dispute", including the code used and the email of the referee
  3. We respond within 5 business days. Decisions on referral disputes are final but subject to escalation under our general Terms of Service

9. Changes to these Referral Terms

We may update these Referral Terms from time to time. Changes apply to qualifying actions occurring on or after the effective date of the change. We will not retroactively reduce bonuses already earned in good faith.
